These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Paylix UG, including our websites, APIs, email notifications, applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

• "Paylix" refers to Paylix UG, including its affiliates and subsidiaries.

• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Service.

• "Account" means the account you create to access the Services.

• "Content" means any data, information, text, images, software, code, or other materials transmitted or uploaded through the Service.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited, or otherwise violates these Terms. In particular, you may not use Paylix to:

• Facilitate or sell illegal goods or services under applicable law, including but not limited to: controlled substances, counterfeit goods, weapons, stolen data, malware, exploits, or fraud-related services.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

• Violate trade or export regulations.

• Impersonate individuals, misrepresent your identity, or engage in phishing or deceptive conduct.

• Distribute malicious software, viruses, or code intended to disrupt or damage infrastructure.

Paylix complies with valid legal requests and court orders in accordance with German law. Requests for user information or platform data must be directed to the appropriate legal channel and will be reviewed carefully under applicable statutes.

To report a violation of these Terms, please use our Report Abuse page or email us at [email protected]. We take abuse seriously and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior without prior notice.

Paylix reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor user content or activity and take action as required by law or to protect the integrity of the Service.

• All fees are stated in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• You may cancel your account via your dashboard settings.

• Upon cancellation, all your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

All content and functionality (except user-submitted Content) are the exclusive property of Paylix or its licensors. You may not use our brand, name, logo, or UI elements without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paylix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paylix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operation.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, unless another venue is mandatory by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
